Within the UK, non business buyers have the right to return an item bought over the Internet within 30 days of delivery. The item must be returned in its original packaging, in good condition and properly packaged. You are responsible for the return postage. You are advised to use a tracked option for return as we are unable to refund an item that we have not received back. Once the item is checked and found to be in resaleable condition you will be issued with a refund. Items that are returned used or not in their original condition cannot be refunded.
If the item you receive is incorrect, defective or damaged we will also pay the return shipping costs. Please contact us before returning, ideally with photographs of damage or incorrect items.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. The return delivery address may not be our main business address so please wait for us to confirm the address before posting.
Orders of items already in stock placed before 1pm will generally be dispatched the same day, with the exception of custom orders and items which are made to order. Depending on how busy our workshop is, these orders may take up to 30 days to dispatch. If you need your item by a specific date please tell us when you order and we will do our best to ensure you receive it in time or will let you know if we are not able to meet your deadline.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Within the UK most items will be sent Royal Mail second class. Please allow 3-6 working days for your order to arrive after dispatch. Higher value items will generally be sent Signed For or by tracked delivery.
For an additional charge you can upgrade to First Class post or to Royal Mail Next Day Guaranteed 1pm or Royal Mail Next Day Guaranteed Saturday delivery. Special Delivery items will need to be signed for so please ensure that someone is in to sign for the item at the address you have given.
Larger items or large orders may be sent by courier and are likely to need signing for.
Highlands and Islands will incur an additional shipping cost. We will contact you to let you know the shipping cost of your order once you have placed the order. If you are not happy with the shipping quote you will be able to cancel the order.
Shipping to a number of European destinations will incur an automatic surcharge to cover the additional cost. We reserve the right to contact you and request an additional payment if this surcharge does not cover the actual shipping cost.
International shipping to other parts of the world will incur extra charges. We will contact you to let you know how much you need to pay for shipping. Please check your messages as we will be unable to ship your item until youn have paid the shipping charge.
